Orthodontic fees vary and are determined by the time and complexity of treatment. These fees will be discussed with the responsible party during the initial visit.
Fees
In an effort to keep orthodontic fees down while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established this financial policy:
- To fit your individual needs, financial arrangements can be made to extend your payments over a period of months with no interest or caring charges.
- For your convenience, we accept payment by VISA and MASTERCARD.
Patient FormHelp us be prepared for your first visit by completing the patient information form prior to your first visit. Download the file, print it out, fill it out, and bring it with you to your first vist. |
Insurance
We will be happy to assist you in filing for your orthodontic insurance reimbursement. Providing us with complete information and claims address will insure proper filing. The insurance company is responsible to the patient and the patient is responsible to the doctor.
